M.A.P.P. / Project Phoenix sets participants up for a true, career-track opportunity which has the potential to provide life-changing benefits. M.A.P.P. is Rochester, NY's premier, career-track Apprenticeship Readiness Program.
We prepare participants to succeed in the construction industry. M.A.P.P. includes hands-on and classroom training. M.A.P.P., Inc. facilitates in-person, interactive site-visits to our partner Joint Apprenticeship Training Centers. Whether a participant is looking to become an Electrician or Mason, Plumber or Carpenter, Pipe-Fitter, Iron Worker, Painter or Operating Engineer, the M.A.P.P. is the leading Direct Entry gateway to that career!
